Brian is a native of Colorado.  He and his wife, Brenda, have lived in Lakewood, Colorado for 41 years.  Their youngest son, Austin, also lives and works in Lakewood.  They have two other children, Matt and Jessica.  Matt lives in Florida with his wife, Karen.  Jessica lives in Loveland, Colorado with her husband, Justin and their two children.

Brian started his real estate career in 1994 and has been helping buyers and sellers find their dream homes ever since.  Brian’s business is based on more than 90% referrals from satisfied clients.  Most important to Brian is providing excellent service to buyers and sellers.  Earning their trust, referrals, and repeat business. He helps clients sell and buy homes in all price ranges including starter homes, high-dollar estate properties, new construction, downtown condominiums, and investment properties. His clients appreciate his flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what his client wants.  Brian enjoys the negotiation process and uses his analytic skills and experience to accurately price, market, and negotiate contracts for both buyers and sellers.
